Relay For Life of Frederick County has a team especially for those who have battled cancer and would like to get more involved!  The “Courage Trackers” is a team of cancer patients/survivors who want to take an active role in Fighting Back against this horrible disease!

The Cowardly Lion represents Survivors because at diagnosis the patient is fearful, but comes to realize that they held the courage all along to fight and to WIN!

The Scarecrow represents the Researchers who use their intelligence to discover new treatments…and one day a CURE!

The Tin Man represents the Caregiver…whose heart is big and emotions are often evident.
